Super friendly and helpful staff. Great food. Lovely room. The jetty was spectacular. A corner of Nungwi away from the crowds.
Sometimes staff were unable to assist either because they didnt know how or perhaps were afraid of breaking rules? I'm not sure of the reason but this was the only negative in an otherwise amazing stay.

It is a great resort, and the staff made our stay soooo enjoyable. We will definitely be back.
The staff were professional, nice, fun, and polite!! The view was beautiful and the food was delicious!
The bathroom smelled weird. Some issues with our room door, and key card, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel view of the ocean was spectacular. The rooms were nice enough
The staff were not very accommodating, and it felt very transactional. The hotel is not baby friendly. My friend's bottles for the baby got stolen on the premise by the staff and there was little effort to correct the wrong by the management.
