Great family rooms, reasonably priced.

Family rooms were really spacious and modern and I liked the fact that the children were given separate beds rather than being expected to share a sofa bed.

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. We also knew the pool would be unheated and might be a challenge in October but it would have been nice if the indoor pool could have been made available to children for longer, especially as it was a school holiday week.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms with tv, safe and air con , pool areas amazing, very relaxing

Clean all around the resort, rooms cleaned everyday, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, great location, right on the beach front, local shop just outside,

Unfortunately the hot food that was served at breakfast and dinner was cold, sitting under the lamps did not keep it hot at all, we learnt to watch the staff put freshly cooked food under the lamp and we choose the new stuff so it was hot, shame because the choice of different things to eat was amazing

Location, facilities, grounds.

Buffet food uninspiring and only warm, not hot! In the land of orange trees the fruit juice was not fresh orange juice but a very sweet substitute. They need more tea/coffee dispensing machines as there was always a queue! The room was very tired and needed updating. The shower was quite grotty! My credit card was not accepted to pay online and I had many emails telling me I had to pay within so many hours. I finally had to call and was able to pay on arrival using exactly the same card! I have no idea what the problem was but it caused me some worry before my trip.
