Disappointing

The property offers a dedicated parking lot that is easily accessible. Moreover, the check-in process is hassle-free, thanks to the 24-hour reception service.

The room decor was scary. The bed was too small and pillows uncomfortable.

Superb

Everything was fine, breakfast was good, I liked the menu.

I was surprised how trees were cut in the yard, they looked completely destroyed and they may not survive. It would be much nicer with the trees.

Great value and location for the airport, a shopping centre and the town centre!

Very courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast was the same but had good variety. The rooms were made every day to a high standard by courteous staff.

No after breakfast coffee stations except a vending machine. Although a vending machine will do, access to complimentary hot water to make own coffee would have been excellent.

Exceptional

I like all about the hotel. The personal was really nice. I came to the hotel earlier than check in time , but they did me check in that i really appreciate a lot. Also there is supermarket and bus station so it was no problem about location. The room was nice and clean, also bigger than i expected. Thank you !!

We had an interlinked room which suited us all. There were 2 bathrooms and enough space to not feel cramped.

There were not enough working plugs and one of the showers had a shower curtain which was a little dated. The other shower room had shower doors which was better. The staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious.

Simple, clean and straight to the point.

Old school but clean and simple. Free parking and the staff were very helpful. The location of the hotel is about 10-15mins drive from the city centre - hence it is less hectic.
