    Clean hotel & room. Great selection of food at breakfast
    It's not the hotel's fault, but 1st night, I assume it was a drunk man, and he was banging and knocking on everyone's doors at 530am, including mine. Which I didn't feel very safe at that point. Under the beds could have been cleaner

    Excellent hotel . Room was nice and the restaurant had everything you would like to eat . We had an evening meal and breakfast. Could not Fault it in any way . We would for sure stay there again . Pool outside and lots of room to lay in the sun. We will go back with the family for sure.

    The spa was not included in booking com booking and it was closed
    The staff at reception were extremely nice!
    0 respect for privacy - the day of leaving before 10 am room service entered the room even when I had do not disturb hang on a door and check out time was at 12:00. I shouted from room to not enter and they opened the door anyway & didnt even bother to appologize .. just said they were checking if I already left unacceptable !

    Good location and clean in general
    AC would not cool under 24 and finally gave up 2 days before check out. The bathroom was far too easy to flood when having a shower, these things should be checked after any upgrade work as you can see the damaged to the bathroom and door with how often this happens.
