Excellent location - close to train station on one and city centre on the other side. Very good breakfast.

It would be nice to have kettle or coffee maker in the room.

Comfortable and well-located hotel

Super location, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and a good one. Having round the clock reception with a place to stow bags is handy.

There was an unpleasant smell in the breakfast room that appears to be a persistent problem based on heavy use of fragrances in the lobby to mask unpleasant smells. (Also, I received a dozen text and email messages starting only hours after I checked in telling me how to do auto-checkout. Not a very welcoming vibe!)

Recently renovated room, good breakfast, excellent location near public transport and walking distance from city center. Very clean.

Room was not too large for 3 people. Rather expensive in this hotel class.

Great location, nice room but only with a street view

Location- perfect! Just a few steps from undeground/ bus station/ train and the old town Clean room, tidied up every day, comfortable beds .

We changed the room four times! We got the room with the view of an obscure staircase (claustrophobic!) and AC huge fans (noise even with the window closed so huge that it wouldnt be possible to sleep). Finally we got the room with a street view and it was fine. Breakfast- not recommended, just basic, scrambled eggs made of powder, not eatable. Better to eat out.

Nice hotel but hot room

Perfect location, nice room.

The air conditioner was not in use and the reception told us that they cant help. It was a warm day in December and hot in the room. Because of street noice it was not possible to keep the window open.
