    Great location and great night sleep.
    Location is excellent and the room was clean. The view from 7th floor was really good, especially at night time. The beds were big and comfy.
    Did not have breakfast included but 20 a person seemed a bit much. Everything else was perfect.

    Nice and quiet hotel. Rooms are spacious, well equipped. comfy beds. Good shower with great soaps. useful safe. Excellent breakfast! a variety of fresh tropical fruits, lovely cheeses, eggs, drinks, and one of the best Pastels de nata we had in Portugal! Staff were helpful and amicable. Location is great within short walking distance from "Avenida" and "Rato" metros. In short, we enjoyed the hotel. It was good value for money and most likely will return here.
    We didn't like the roads around the hotel which were Sampietrini (cobbled roads), but that is not the Hotel's fault but rather the poor maintenance of the infrastructure in central Lisbon.

    The location, the breakfast and the room was pretty comfortable.
    I arrived early and was really exhausted. They didnt accomodated me well compared to the other guests. In the end I checked-in during the noon.

    Great room for a great price
    Very clean and modern. King size bed was very comfy. Surprise knock on the door with a small bottle of wine and pasties as a thank you for staying with them.
    The fact that the front desk couldnt make change for a 10 Euro note to pay the city tax. Same issue the next am. They asked if I could pay the 4 Euros by credit card. I said find a way to get change. They seemed flustered. I ended up with a lot of coins. A bit odd.

    Very bad and extremely bad hotel .... and the smell is like you are in toilet
    Extremely bad its not five stars hotel. Its 3 stars , I do not understand how the government of Portugal are bing to this hotel 5 stars. Personnel are very bad, rye food is awful, no room service, the gym is a shame, the reception smells very very bad and elevator is not working .....
    Everything from personal to facilities Its a shame from Portugal tourism to give this hotel 5 stars. I think ibis is much much better
