    Great location, friendly staff, very clean rooms.
    Rooms are quite warm and air conditioning is very weak. Water temperature in the shower is not very stable.

    The hotel has a nice location in Lisbon, close to restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious and quiet. Very comfortable beds, bath tub, we had access to the gym and sauna, which was nice. Overall a decent stay.
    The room was not as clean as we expected, it had an unpleasant smell.

    BE CAREFUL! THE TELEPHONE OF MY BOSS GOT STOLEN IN THIS HOTEL! The management was not very interested in helping us. They just didn't care. Our packages, which needed to be picked up from the hotel, disappeared!!!!!, and on top of it, I found a huge cockroach in my room.

    Good one but a bit expensive for what you get. maybe it was due to the web summit and the price for rooms where really h
    Clean and comfortable bed and nice view from the window.
    You can hear the noise from the metro station below. The parquet floor was old and the wc and bide old model and not working properly. One option for eggs in the morning. Should have more.

    It is really noisy, first room was just 10 meters from subway tunnel (hotel is located bellow ground). It was so noisy that you even feel vibrations from passing by trains. We asked to move us to different room, and they suggested us room on the first floor with windows just facing the road with quite intensive traffic, cars are passing by in 2 meters from windows and it is cobblestone road, so you can imagine noise from there.

    Overall a good stay, location was good, rooms were clean and staff friendly.
    The air con in the room didnt work very well and made the room super stuffy. Thankfully theres a window that we could open instead but it just made it a bit noisier
