Very nice place to visit to see Toledo

Size of the room, the shower, the overall atmosphere of the lobby and bar.

That the electricity went off two times and the water as well and once the parking would not open.

Our room was not satisfactory and the staff made the appropriate changes swiftly.

Reception not answering the telephone for long periods of time, some inexperienced members of reception making the whole experience a bit less enjoyable lacking professionalism and knowledge.

nice interior design and layout. a bit overpriced for the room we got.

the interior design of the place

we had a lot of difficulties with the key for our room, we had to go back down to reception 3 times to try and get it sorted, which wasn't a great start to our stay. and we still had one key that didn't allow us access but worked everything in the room. better deals including breakfast should be available. we had to pay extra on top of the cost of the room - so it wasn't great value for money.
