    rooms were very clean and comfortable nicely decorated with great view
    no parking apart from about 5 spaces located at hotel that are first come first serve nearest overnight parking is 18 min drive across bridge and 28 min walk back to hotel

    Very clean with breakfast and room service. We had an issue that required interacting with the Inez the Front Office Mgr. She was very professional and listened to our issue and took appropriate action. She was excellent.

    Old world charm, attentive staff and great location.
    Close to the attractions of Porto but far enough away from the crowds and noise. Friendly and attentive staff. Complimentary coffee in the morning and de natas in the afternoon.
    Nothing to complain about.

    The location is awesome, the staff is friendly, the breakfast has a lot of options including gluten free bread. The disposition of the room for 3 people was nice. Clean. They come every day to clean the room.
    There is no hanger for the coat in the entrance, you have to hang them in the closet, it isn't practical in rainy weather.

    The location was perfect. The view of the Douro river was just outstanding.

    Great location and view
    Our room had a magnificent view of the Douro River and the Dom Luiz bridge. Restaurants and tourist attractions were a short walk away. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
    There are some things that can be improved. The cafeteria didn't have many options for eating. The room TV has no apps, which might be a problem if you are travelling with children. And the shower's water temperature oscillated between cold and very hot. But those were minor issues that did not bother our stay.
