    Everything, the suite is spacious, the staff was so friendly and helpful, the ambiance is quiet, and truly adults only, no family or kids insight, which is a big plus for us!

    Quite area of Venice but still easy walking distance, good breakfast, excellent staff.
    Kettle at chest height in the room so quite dangerous.

    Really enjoyed it and would recommend it. Managed to get great value on a late booking.
    Lovely staff, very helpful, great location and ambiance.
    Not much hot water in the shower, warm at best. This is what stopped us giving it 5 stars for everything.

    Luxurious stay in a quieter part of Venice
    The hotel is in a quieter part of Venice. We were upgraded to the junior suite on arrival which was a welcome surprise, the breakfast is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is for adults only which we very much appreciate. If you are looking for a luxurious hide away in Venice with all the comforts of a 5-star childfree accommodation, look no further. We highly recommend it!
    The only thing we didnt like was the fact that the heating in our room could not be regulated by us. Room temperature is such a personal thing. Venice was still very warm in October and we would have loved to turn the temperature in our room down. The hotel put some electric fans up, which has helped a bit. I am sure if you visit in summer, there wont be an issue.

    Perfect option for runaway to silence and joy
    Our room was one of the best during the long travelling experience and stays in different hotels. We can mark this hotel as one of the most professional and joyful!
    This is one of the best stays ever for myself and my wife. We more then enjoyed our experience with the hotel and its stuff. Nothing negative!!!

    Overpriced and lacking that 5-star touch
    The bed was comfortable
    The service was lacklustre for a 5 star hotel. The room was small and basic. The air conditioning did not work, it was hot at night. The light in the room entrance would not turn off on the third night. The price was very high for what was included.
