I travelled in November to BCN , The hotel was located a little further away than what i had expected. but i like the spaciousness of my room , it was very comfortable -with a balcony. the breakfast was good - the location was not bad , but i think they can improve on their hotel signage for ease of find.

They were doing renovations so one of the lifts was not so great inside- it was working but you didnt feel safe inside. Please put the information on the booking sites that you are renovating hotel

An abysmal experience, go elsewhere if you don't to spoil your holiday.

Not much really.

The cleaning is especially bad: there were stray hairs in the shower, the floors were dirty, there were glass marks on every surface, I even saw some bugs. The state of the room is also abysmal, there's a lot of elements that are broken, dirty or not mantained. I booked three nights: on my first night I couldn't sleep because of the itching some bugs presumably (dust mites or bed bugs, who knows), and the bathroom sink leaked in a big way. If you washed your hands for 20 seconds you would flood a part of the bathroom. Honestly, it's even surprising no one from cleaning found out before I did. All in all, an awful experience, wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
