Very good

Excellent location, beds very comfortable, helpful staff. The hotel is literally opposite Moncloa metro station so getting into the centre of the city was very easy. We took a day trip to Segovia which was absolutely gorgeous and caught the bus from Moncloa station also...sooo handy! Would definitely recommend and return some day.

Food options limited within the hotel but lots of options nearby. Rooftop terrace was closed.

Wont stay again ,like others have said its not a four star hotel

Location

Air con not working , noise from bar which amplifies due to enclosed buildings,didnt get any sleep during the four days and with that both myself and wife fell ill. Coffee/tea compliments only on the first day after that its additional.

Very ordinary for a "4 stars" hotel.

The bathroom sink was built wrong. All the water came out when washing my hands. Had to wait in a queue for my turn to eat breakfast

Excellent stay, hotel staff extremely helpful. Hotel location ideal for any kind of traveller.

The room with terrace had an exceptional view. The breakfast was varied, with choice for healthier options. Location is ideal, just opposite the train station and many other amenities. You could simply walk all way through if needed.

Madrid is a huge city and being in the centre of the activity had a downside of being a bit noisy even in the middle of the night. However the room was comfy enough to counter this :) .

Superb

Very good business class hotel. All newly fitted out, helpful staff, even for my arrival near midnight .

Room ventilation quite low and windows don't open. It's a minor quibble though, probably most people won't mind.

It was very noisy during the night. Because of the location there are a lot of bars and discos nearby, so it should better soundproofed.

It is a noise area on Friday and Saturday nights. I cannot sleep until too late (5:00AM!!)
