Great stay it was everything i needed

I had a great stay, location was perfect walking distance from the train and from everything needed. I walked even to Alhambra, staff were helpful and welcoming, and it was chrming.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, particularly the woman at the front desk in the morning. The room and bathroom were good size, the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. It was close enough to everything in the core of the city. Good value for the money.

Warm, clean and comfortable

Nice and warm on a cold winter's day. Great staff. Room was clean & comfortable.

We were working and would have loved a cup of coffee or tea. The bar wasn't open and staff said there was nowhere to get coffee. My friend had coffee and kettle in her room, but no mugs; I had nothing.
