    Far if youre travelling into Milan Central, will need a taxi to Bergamo airport and then the bus.

    A useful 1 night location b
    Helpful to be able to check in from 1pm, good advice about buses into Bergamo, quiet clean room with all needed for 1 night stay and pizzas at next door (separate) restaurant very good. Easy parking. Great location for airport. Breakfast fine and started at 7am.
    Nothing, it was what we needed for last night of holiday.

    They made us cappuccino in the morning and we got fresh croissants in the bar before our early flight.
    The family room was next to bar with a really loud group of people. We could hear the entire conversation. Not Nice if you have only few Hours to sleep. In my opinion not a location to have rooms connecting to the bar without proper sound insulations.

    The restaurant beside the hotel.
    I believe could improve the breakfast options. Should have a room service once is a 4 stars hotel. Also they should make a top roof for a leisure or a pool. To get into Bergamo by bus needs a ticket. By taxi is 50 euros.

    Great place to stay while visiting Bergamo
    Our hotel stay was exceptional. The spacious room had everything we needed, and the bathroom was spotless. The reception staff went above and beyond with early check-in (5 pm due to the flight delay) and offerred us the breakfest room service. Breakfasts exceeded my expectations, they have an extensive variety of meals, fruits and different local foods.
    The hotel is outside the Bergamo urban agglomeration, with a connection by commuter buses. But it might be problematic to get back to the hotel with local buses after visiting Bergamo in the evening.

    Expensive for the service provided.
    Was clean. Nice staff in the morning for breakfast.
    Waiting 10 minutes for getting a drink from the bar and no one came, then we went outside and waited for the restaurant to open for 30 minutes. The receptionist knew that we were waiting.. Disappointed

    grim place reallt yucky carpeting. triggered mold allergy. no blanket or bed covering just a sheet. no conditioner only shampoo body wash combo. only two pillows on bed.
    basically everything. im scared of a three star hotel if this wS a four star
