    It was too cold - heating in rooms and wellness not ideal. Breakfast service too slow and limited selection of food - sufficient but nothing exciting.

    Lovely hotel with generous rooms, great breakfast and very friendly staff. But take your earplugs!
    Great breakfast. Good location, and having the hotel shuttle bus to and from lifts is very welcome.
    Noise from night club at base of hotel kept us awake. We were not warned of this when booking or when checking in. Bar area was chilly. Was a bit unnerving seeing people in spa through the bar window when dying to have a quiet drink.

    Friendly Chalet with delicious breakfast.
    The breakfast was fantastic, with wonderful friendly staff. The rooms were very comfortable with great views of the mountains. The hot tub/sauna area was very nice.

    Exceptional experience
    We booked the top suite. Location is great, very central. Staff was super nice and friendly, and provided tons of help for Verbier in Summer. Felt like we visited a friend's place. Sauna and steam room are a plus and well maintained. We had a jaccuzzy on our balcony which was fantastic, clean, in working order, simply great. We also used the voiturier so no stress parking the car. The breakfast was excellent and the service very friendly and helpful. We loved this place. We will return for sure.

    The team working there, led by Caroline, was extraordinarily accommodating, professional and pleasant. They genuinely care about their guests and made our experience an excellent one. The spa is one of the best Ive been to. Melanie is incredibly talented whether giving facials or massage. She tailors it to your needs. Outstanding team. We will definitely be back.

    Too expencive for what you get
    I liked that the hotel has a central location, that rooms has a super minibar, bathrobes and plenty of towels. I also liked the scarambled egg toast for breakfast.
    The parking fee is a rip off. Other hotels close by has free parking. We did not check this before we booked. The hotel has a feel to it that it has been cheaply refurbished. Also the room we got had has a smell of a room who once were a smokers room, but now they just try to cover that up with lots of air freshners. The breakfast is confusing, noone takes your orders- you have to find them. The hotel is too expencive for what you get.
