Hotel cost vs facility is not at all match. Very unprofessional hotel

Room was not properly cleaned. No toiletries, AC is not cooling at all, Foods are very costly and preparation is also not good. Staffs are not co operative. Please take it up with hotel. I will think twice before going to book any hotel through Booking.com

The location of hotel is close to main road and Kalpana Square so various transport modes accesable easily.

Despite submitting key for room service during two days stay and lots of follow ups, it wasn't done. It was done only after raising complain with Fab hotel customer care which disturbed my bed time. The toilet needs maintainence. AC is also not very effective.

They arranged dinner for me even though they mentioned that their resturant was closed. I checked in around 10:40 pm.

No adequate staffs. During night they mentioned there was no staff. Bed sheet, warmer, pillow covers were not cleaned properly.
