Good

Except for that family, it was good.

Room was spacious and had a nice tree printed shade. Located near to restaurants. Normal hotel breakfast with oatmeal, fruit, cereal, etc. Was able to see car from room, which was reassuring.

Floors on the thin side. Family above was very noisy, yelling and stomping around for several hours. Front desk staff did try to resolve and eventually noise calmed down.

The room was nice and clean. And the staff were nice.

The view. When i made a reservation it said i was gona get a city view.

Excellent hotel.

Everything was great, helpful staff, early check in with a fee but wasnt a big deal since I checked in at 8am.

Foul odor in the elevator mightve of been throw up that was improperly cleaned.

Nice place to stay with a very friendly staff

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are very large and water pressure in the showers was amazing. The room was nice and clean. Great location if you have to be in town for a few days.

Bed was a little stiff but still comfortable.

A mixed bag: friendly staff, but not enough of them, and some issues with our room.

Most of the staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size. Breakfast was average. They did respond quickly when we alerted them to the problem with our shower.

There was a problem with the shower. A combination of a poorly mounted curtain rod and a malfunctioning shower head caused major water leakage onto the floor. There was not enough light in the room - it was quite dim and the bathroom light was flickering. They were understaffed - we had to fetch our own freash towels from the front desk because there was only one person on duty.
