Very good

It was comfortable but not what I was used to.

Not sure if you guys were short staffed or not when we returned we saw that Housekeeping didnt clean my room, make up the beds or bring fresh towels to the room. We had to go to the front desk. That was different. Alsogenerally I can get fresh coffee any time of the day but when I came back and tried to get coffee because I was coldthere was none.

Disappointing

The breakfast was simple but OK. I would have like more options for our meal and they took a little long in replenishing the items that ran out. Overall it wasn't too bad for a free breakfast.

They downgraded my room before I arrived to give my room to someone else. They didn't tell me this and I had to go to my room to realize what they had done. I had my room over 5 months in advance and they didn't even give me the courtesy to let me know before I arrived or at least at the desk before going to my room.

Our main reason for staying was to let the kids swim but when we arrived we found the pool was unavailable for use without warning.

Clean, Newer .. breakfast was great. staff was great ..across from stores and restaurants

The air conditioning seemed off but I received a new room after discussing it with the nice front people and it was still the same in the new room basically with an average temp in my room of 76-78 degrees all day / night long ..
