I was having surgery in Boston and needed a quiet place before and after. This motel met our needs.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was accommodating.

Amy at the front desk was very helpful and attentive.

There were multiple very loud and raucous sports teams staying at the hotel. The boys on Friday and Saturday night were running all around the hotel and the hallways. Banging doors and being loud until almost 11pm. Also there was a strange greasy film on tile floor in the bathroom area. Im assuming maybe from cleaning products. But it was very off putting. Had to cover the floor with a towel so it didnt get all over my feet.

Poor

Untrained staff on how to satisfy a complaint from a client. An alternate room was not offered.

TV service unavailable in room (not sure if hotel wide). Staff tried giving me a remote when previously there was not one in the room. Only option for compensation offered was point to a frequent visitor account I do not possess.

Great location! Very comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Great hotel staff (especially Darianna and Omar). When our rooms were ignored by housekeeping for two days, Darianna and Omar at the front desk gave us fresh towels and got our very full wastebaskets emptied

Housekeeping was disappointing. When I checked in, I was told housekeeping would empty our wastebaskets and leave fresh towels every other day, which is reasonable. Problem was, our rooms werent touched for 3 days and our wastebaskets were overflowing and we needed fresh towels.

Lovely staff, clean comfortable rooms. Ideal for short stopover. Wouldnt suit non drivers.

Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Cleanliness was good throughout. Range of options at breakfast.

Breakfast was only from 7am to 9am. Would prefer this was extended to 10am during the week as well as weekend. Very disappointed that the swimming pool was closed which was one of my main factors for staying at the Fairfield Inn. This really should be open for start of June at least. Quiet location -not ideal for non drivers.
