I wish you had microwaves in the room.

The room size.

I'm a nurse, so I have to leave after 5am. Unfortunately the coffee pot didn't work in my room. Nor there was coffee available in the lobby.

Meh. Not really happy this time.

Could not check in until almost 5 because room was not ready. Thats 2 hrs late. No compensation to reduce rate.

Staff needs to ensure rooms are actually cleaned.

The room was nice and updated. Very comfortable bed.

There were black hairs all over the shower wall. My hair is blonde, so it definitely wasnt mine. There were also dirt smudges on the tub wall. I dont think the bathroom was cleaned at all. Most of the furniture was covered in dust.

Very good

We had a problem on check in. They gave us a king bed instead of two queens. That won't work for a family! Unfortunately, this was 2 am and we were very tired. They corrected it right away.

We arrived at 2 am and tried to get some sleep, so we woke up a bit later than normal. They stopped serving breakfast at 10:00 am on a Saturday! And 9:30 during the week. Why? If you arrive late, you'll sleep right through breakfast. That was disappointing.
