    Perfectly designed place at amazing location on the ocean
    Farol is a great place to spend time to reconnect with nature and yourself: it has a unique location right at the ocean cliffs, so you can see and hear the waves, to watch the horizon with no distractions. I loved the style and aesthetics of this hotel, its design and comfort level are just perfect!

    If I come back to Cascais I would totally stay here again! This hotel pays attention to every detail
    To wake up to the o ear view we had was astonishing everyday! I only kick myself , for leaving some wonderful Portuguese chees I purchased, in th little refrigerator! I hope housecleaning enjoyed it!

    Its a 5 star hotel ONLY because of the view.
    The view
    It was a very small room. There was NO sitting area in the room for two people (a little coffe table with comfy chairs, for example, would be nice). There was only a desk chair, one small sofa chair and the bed. No varandha. The windows do not open, you feel stuck in a small room. The breakfast was also nothing special, for a 5 star hotel. This is more like a 3 star hotel.

    Beautiful property but disappointed overall.
    Pool and view
    Pool unheated, no railings anywhere, no food for those allergic to shellfish, tv not working, reserved twin bedsput into a king bed, staff not friendly, not told about afternoon teahad to see it on advertisement and when asked about it was told you had to reserve ithow , if we didnt know it existed. Staff overwhelmed and inexperienced ..with attitude!

    A classic 1940 vibe with a hint of contemporary flair
    I love the staff that was so personable as well as informative. I loved the grounds the entire hotel has been made to be the focal point of the prestigious Cascais.

    Lovely location, very comfortable and friendly service.
    Wi fi not good in room. The breakfast was slightly lacking. Coffee was serve yourself from a machine, would expect fresh coffee for this level of hotel, cooked to order was very slow and average quality.
