    The suites were large, bright and reasonably well appointed. The staff in most cases was welcoming. The views were wonderful from all the suites we had. The restaurant served good Indian food.
    The stairs !! Just climbing up three flights to get to the suite was exhausting but worse was going down a metal spiral staircase to the restaurant!! Many food items on the menu were not available. The staff was ready to please but needed more training. Overall the place needs more well trained staff to justify the charges!

    Excellent stay due to awesome staff
    STaff is the main thing here. Specially Mr. Pushpendra Ji, he took care of us like family. Great person. All other kitchen workers are also good including thanwar lal. I hope they don't loose the employees like that. Location is good.
    Approach road towards hotel is too dark in the night as its on the hill. Put some light and signboard, its scary for someone coming in night.

    Excellent Location, nice view from hotel roof. Authentic taste of food, more variety can be added in breakfast. Very good campfire arrangement. Can get very good view of Sunrise & Sunset from Hotel roof. Very supportive restaurant staff

    Great view and service, perfect for couples
    Great location and view, best in Kumbhalgarh. Marble floor Heritage style hotel on the hill top with awesome sunrise and sunset.
    No lights on the hill entrance. No exhaust fan in our bathroom. The food menu and overall taste needs improvement.

    Excellent people - Pushpendraji & team at Front Office and Anilji & team in Food & Beverages. The house keeping was excellent. Staff was veey helpful and polite.
