Very good

We enjoyed and had a comfortable stay.

Very close to Taksim square.Bed was neat and tidy and bathroom was clean. Mr. Turgai was very kind and helped us to arrange for Bosphorus and Bursa trip at a good price.

Breakfast could have been better if more variety is added.

Very clean rooms, The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable Perfect breakfast: The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. Nice comfortable hotel only in 5 minutes by walk to the Airport bus and 3 minutes to the Taksim Square. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Perfect option for 1-3 days stay in Istanbul.

location excellent, breakfast may be various,Turkay at the front desk is very polite and as we arrived early, he managed for us room before our check in, thanks Turkay for his efforts, This was my second stay at the Ferman Hillal Hotel and I shall stay again at this proprty for my future visits in Istanbul. Thanks to the hotel staff.
