Superb

The rooftop pool, but more umbrellas would be nice for shade. The NYE buffet dinner and show was fun too. Our room had very comfortable beds.

More hooks in the room would be nice, for hanging wet beach towels.

The staff is really great, try to help and fix problems, always smiling and very friendly . Room was big with spacious bathroom , bed was comfortable. Hotel has nice design , especially lobby and rooftop . Located between white beach and bulabog ( closer to this one)

Hotel and facilities looks much better on pictures than it is, not a 4 star hotel. Pool was dirty , water not cold , entire pool area is quite old and needs to be renovated. The same applicable to the room and hotel. Breakfast was not good, very little choice of food and didnt taste good. Room cleaning took much longer time than expected , sometimes they didnt clean at all if we didnt hang a notice . All in all, felt it was overpriced and could find better option

The staffs are friendly and courteous. The breakfast are good since they change the menu.

No hand or face towel provided. I have to request from the housekeeping. Scents of soap are like detergent. Toilet tissues are provided but no regular tissue provided. No blowdry available. I think those amenities should be provided as a basic necessities.

Its not a bad experience but probably wont come back again.

The stuff theyre super friendly

When I check in, the fridge wasnt working at all and need to call them and let them know so they probably didnt check it before. One day when they made up my room, my toilet almost out of toilet paper also didnt refill a new roll for me. Before I check out, the night they suddenly cut off my WiFi and needed to wait for awhile to fix it.

Ok for Boracay. Nice breakfast and location.

Staff were lovely, good location could walk to most places and breakfast was nice.

The shower leaked out of the door and used to flood the bathroom. Everyday I had to ask for more towels to soak up the extreme water as it was dangerous and you could easily slip. I told this to the reception numerous times and they didn't even acknowledge it just gave me things to mop it up. Also they didn't take card to pay for things you had to pay cash which isn't reasonable for a hotel.

If they know how to clean its an oke hotel, for now I am not returning.

Location is not to bad, breakfast was oke.

Rooms look clean but are not ,pillows and blankets smell like other peoples sweat. Cleaning the sheets isnt enough,people sweat. Underneath the bed was a pile of dust and a use condom and other trash. It seems the never clean underneath the bed. Outside bathroom was too gross to use. Swimming pool hasnt been clean for ages, dirty water and all the tiles contain dirt. While I wanted to check out they wanted to see proof if my payment of booking.com was deducted on my card. They wanted to see my bank information and make a picture of it. Really strange, I refused this, I said its been payed you contact booking.com. If it wasnt payed than I wouldnt even have the booking. Very strange and I didnt feel good about it. I will never show anyone my bank information.
