If were ever to return to Lanzarote we will try to stay here!

The studio space was perfect for our needs for this holiday. If youre going around November time the pool might be covered but if you call reception they will open it for you. The jacuzzi can be used at any time!

There are ants coming from the bathroom sink. We kept food locked so most of the time it was just a couple but there were two times that loads came out into the kitchen and went to the bin area.

We felt welcomed from arrival at the airport. A beautifully kept establishment in a very peaceful setting. Fabulous!

The peaceful location and communication from staff from arrival at the airport to departure was excellent.

We would have liked the option of breakfast in a communal space or even a breakfast pack delivered to our room. Might be something for the management to consider offering.

Remote, rustic charm. Youll need a car.

Quiet, remote, unique decor, pool and staff were very friendly. Not commercial - rustic charm.

Sometimes felt like I was the only person there - no other guests or staff after about midday. But had emergency numbers etc. in case of emergency.

The location is perfect, the staff is amazing and kind but the rooms needs to be refreshed and treated from ants infesta

The location, the authenticity, the kindness of the staff.

The lack of cleanliness. The cleaning leady doesnt clean the floors, and there is a lot of dust and spiderwebs everywhere. She came once and just done our bed. We felt a little sad because we had the poorest room of the entire resort. (While there was no one else) We came during the low season, the lights were not even on for us.

Not quite like the photos, good stay if you just want a base for travels, staff were non-existent :(

We enjoyed the fact that even though the property was fully booked, you rarely saw another person at the resort. Therefore, giving a vibe of peacefulness. We enjoyed the fact that the property was kept with a traditional, rustic design. We liked that the location was in the middle of the island, this meant that we could travel everywhere via car without it being too far.

We hated the fact that there wasn't a single staff member ever to be found for the entire trip. We were left waiting for over 20minutes in the scorching sun with baggage to be able to check in. Our flight was delayed for a short period of time (meaning we reached the hotel 1hr after we stated but still well within their check in times - check in starts at 1pm and we arrived at 2pm), we then made our way to reception for the door to be locked, we called the number stated on the door and the said they would be right out to assist us with check-in, 20minutes later... I had to call again and only 5-10mins after that did someone arrive. This lady did not apologise and instead made us feel as though it was our fault that our flight was delayed. She didn't answer the questions or conversation and instead just kept staring and it was rather creepy. Then when it came to check-out.... yet again, no one to be seen and the reception door was locked. I then found a side door to the reception and made my way inside where there was no one to be seen... I ended up leaving the room key on the desk and sending the hotel a picture of this via Whatsapp. The property was incredibly run down and in all honestly I am unsure if I would choose to stay here again as they didn't even serve any drinks or food, or give us any help or guidance on what was around the area etc. Also, the swimming pool area is only open from 10am to 6pm but not stated anywhere online and proved to be quite a disappointment as it's not like they need staff to be open as there is no lifeguard or bar/food etc.
