    In walking distance of everything.
    The location was amazing. We walked everywhere. The bed was very comfortable and the linens a high percale. The hostess was super friendly and she did a great job answering any questions we had. Overall it was lovely but pricey. Since it was the USA Sailboat show I know every place around was at a premium. Right across the street from a US Naval Academy Entrance you can hear the chapel bells and walking the grounds is a must.
    I believe when we booked our room we read that there was a chef for making guest breakfasts or we became confused reading all the reviews about breakfast. We were suprised that it was only a European lite continental breakfast and it was cold every morning. The breakfast should be kept warm for future guests or open up the microwave and huge kitchen for guests to use. I see on the website now it lists continental breakfast. The reviews I read were mostly for the prior owners as the Inn has new owners now. More towels should be in guest rooms to start with. The air conditioning/heater wall unit was a bit on the noisey side. The bathroom shower was an insert and there was mold on the bottom or discolored caulking. It could use some extra attention and is quite small. The keys are a bit annoying. One for the front door and one for the room.

    Air conditioning was non-existent in our room. Breakfast was mediocre. Bed was too small -expected a king or queen.

    The Flaghouse was two blocks from City Dock. Right across the street from Gate 1 of naval academy. Perfect spot for easy access to downtown Annapolis. The house wa wonderful and felt like it was ours! Lovely living rooms. Great front porch swings. Thomas our concierge was great!

    Nice enough.
    Very expensive considering there was a $50 parking fee on top of everything else. I would not book this again.
