Watch out, pool only heated to 65F! Otherwise nice hotel.

Paid extra for a bigger room with patio by the pool which was definitely nice, modern and clean. Breakfast was tasty and we had almost no wait. Kids breakfast was free with one paid full breakfast. Restaurant next to the pool area is beautiful, especially the outdoor area and we liked the Christmas decorations by the pool and in the restaurant.

Pool was supposed to be heated, but looked abandoned in the pm when we arrived. I checked temp with my hands and it was cold. I asked the front office employee about it and got a somewhat annoyed answer that the pool is indeed heated to 65F. I think if you advertise your pool as heated year round, you set a different expectation. I, at least, expected a warmer pool. We ended up going into the pool the next day to keep a promise but it was so cold! We all ended up with a cold. :( Learned my lesson: now I will ask about the specific temperature when a hotel states their pool is heated. Also, additional $9 charge on my bill that nobody cares to explain. I reached out twice through the booking app and no answer. Lesson learned: check out at the front office and ask for a bill. Dont use the no contact version.

A must-stay hotel!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; they made us feel at home. Spending the evening down by the pool was definitely a highlight of the stay. The facilities were really great.

The outdoor / exterior carpets on the stairs are getting real shabby guys . I love coffee idea in theory but its a hassle, for older folks

Be warned. Terrible place

The property was a terrible arrangement. You had to go outside every time from the room to enter the lobby or restaurant. The place was cold because of it. The room was small and noisy because of thin walls. Also no bureau for your clothes The shower was strange because the door did not move and the spray came onto the bathroom floor The pool was cold and the hot tub too hot and the jets were terrible The restaurant was overpriced for coffee and a muffin. The bed was very hard and the room was cold. No extra blanket I would never stay here again
