    An extremely welcoming staff that made it feel like home!
    Amazing staff who were extremely kind and welcoming! The breakfast was delicious and location was perfect for skiing.
    The automatic lights on the stairs didnt come on until too late and it was dark.

    We had a lovely few days over Christmas, a fabulous room and delicious breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly.

    Everything was fabulous! The staff was extremely friendly and provided great information. The breakfast was outstanding with so many choices. The room was comfortable. The location was amazing. One of our best hotel experiences.
    Absolutely nothing! Would definitely stay here again.

    Really took care of us and our children. Delicious breakfast. Clean. kids loved the bunk beds. Close to shop and an easy walk to restaurants.

    Very welcoming and friendly hosts, and the atmosphere was good with the other guests - very relaxed and people friendly around the pool and garden. It's a nice size hotel in traditional alps style, not too big. Breakfast was fantastic - nice selection of fruits, breads and pastries, and eggs, bacon, cheeses etc. Being able to jump in the pool and look at the mountains in the summer is great.

    Breakfast was lovely- very high quality and especially loved the homemade quince jelly. V nice family room on the top floor. Pool was very refreshing. Lounge was cosy.
    The pillows for me were not so comfy (I'm fussy though and I like a feather pillow).

    A lovely relaxing stay in the heart of the Morzine action
    Incredibly friendly - loved the breakfast & the very friendly & relaxed staff. Lovely garden & pool & a very cosy sitting/ bar area. Particularly enjoyed sitting in the garden with a lovely (and generous) glass of kir at the end of a day in the mountains. Also - just 5 mins from the super Morzine lift!

    A lovely place to stay in a beautiful town/area
    We really enjoyed our stay here for a week. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room on the top floor was very spacious and had a great view of the town and the mountains. There was plenty of space for our family and the place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was of a good standard and had a wide variety of options too.
    The elevator didn't go to the top floor, so we had to carry suitcases up one flight of stairs. This wasn't a problem for us, but it might be for some people.
