Great stay in superior room!!

Hotel situated at easy to reach location. Booked signature room. I saw the room in person before making payment hence got to choose best room(spacious) with hotel front side view. The staff was very good and service was fast.

Given the price, hotel should include breakfast as well.

Good hotel to stay with hot shower yet with poor wifi

Nice hotel to stay, with soft matras and hot shower. The laundry service was good. Also we ate lunch once there - it was good. It is 12 min by car fom the old center, so rather close by.

As other people mentioned, probably 20 years ago the hotel was splendid, but now it is rather outworn. The bathroom sink was crooked. Some marble was choped off. It really needs proper renovation. Also we did not like neighborhood so much, it is not bad or unsafe, but it is absolutely not possible to walk around, you should always take a taxi, even if you want to go to cafe 500m away. Wifi was also badly slow, and for couple days it didn't work at all. It became a problem as our 4G also stopped working and we could not order taxi or check update on the trains.

The property location is nice. The staff and breakfast was decent.

Dont get the room on the 4th floor as all the room service staff is upstairs and gets extremely noisy and frustrating from all the noise outside even at 2-3 am in the night.

The bed was comfortable,

floors were dirty and it's certainly not worth more then R300 a night. It is way to overpriced
