Pleasant

Beautiful view over Verbier. Customer friendlyness could use a little boost

beautiful view over the valley

Hard bed couch (on one site). We booked 4 bedlinen/towel sets for CHF 120 in total. We therefore thought we could use 4 pillowcases out of the cabinet. Two pillowcases per pillow is normal right? Specially in a hotel or appartment where the pillows arent the newest. We also took 1 towel (for the missing one in the kitchen). Without any notice the agency kept an additional CHF 25 from the creditcard deposit. Its not the biggest amount but we think its not customer friendly.
