Service and food

The bed was not comfortable. My room was right at the entrance of the cleaning crew entrance or storage. A lot of noise and woke us up early 7-8 am. We couldnt rest because of the door slamming.

Nice hotel, not caring management staff, give them hard time to get a warmed pool

Staff was horrible. We went for the heated pool, and it took them 2 full days to warm it up after tons of excuses, bad and ignoring behavior. A customer ended up proving them with a termometer that the water was cold.

It is located in a good area, near the stadium and good restaurants and shopping.

The lighting in the room was very low. I had the hardest time trying to put my contacts in in the bathroom. The carpet in the rooms needs to be updated.

Exceptional

Perfect, convenient and I'll definitely stay again in the future.

The staff was super friendly, the atrium was stunning, everyone went out of their way to be helpful.

My only critique would be better lighting in the rooms. Brighter in some areas and needs softer bulbs as accent lighting. A little warmth added to the front room would go a long way.
