Beautiful property, exceptional upkeep & caring staff.

The amenities, the upkeep & staff The team specially at the concierge throughout the stay was very prompt, empathetic & helpful.

1. Poor view. Was exposed to a working site & a large overhead crane as the view 24/7!! Was a big disappointment that does not justify the price that one pays for such a view. After complaining & waiting for over a couple of hours - had my room shifted, which in itself was which was a huge trouble for my family & inconvenienced them a lot. 2. Hotel welcome was disorganized. There needs to be a set protocol for the same. Had to ask multiple times to get information out.

they want money to reserve tables, which costs about BGN 250 to be at one like a tent, so I don't think I'll go

The strange thing is that for a hotel for season, in the lobby where people should enjoy their stay, it was cool, it was even cold, and when I asked the receptionist why it was cold, she said "well, that's how it happens, that's how it used to be, and the other thing is a in the rooms they also turn off the heat at night and accordingly it gets very cold the rooms were very noisy you could hear absolutely everything from outside Although I have come other times but this time it was super noisy and accordingly somehow everything was wasted
