Exceptional

The view even from the second floor and the standard double room was nice. Breakfast on the roof top is with a really great view. Keep in mind that it is served typical Turkish breakfast. Rooms are clean, every day towels are changed. Location is also great.

If you have the opportunity upgrade to at least superior room, standard double room is really small and you have the feeling like you are in the hallway outside the room. Parking on the street is quite difficult near to impossible, but there is a paid parking lot on the same street (for 4 days it costs approximately 25euro).

Awesome boutique hotel in cool neighbourhood.

Lovely clean and spacious facilities. Great view from the rooftop. Trendy neighbourhood. Big breakfast. Friendly staff.

Room was a bit hot and wasnt clear how to use the Aircon.

The view compensates for any minor inconvenience you had :)

Its hard to describe how awesome it is to wake up to such a stunning view. The bathroom in Room 503 has a window, its such fun to have a shower with a view :) The staff is friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were exceptionally clean.

The pillows werent comfortable and the sheet sheets and the towels had some holes in them. I mean, thats a minor inconvenience and it didnt affect us much, but it was just weird to see. The breakfast is a joke.

Enjoyable Fragment hotel

Location, from staff Can at reception was very helpful,

Breakfast could be improved, missing some basic food and beverage items such as meat cold cuts. - example turkey or any juice and also quantities is limited for two, like Butter/eggs/ etc maybe breakfast, needs a consideration, from the beginning. Also when you are asking for an extra towel, staff should not answer that we don't have enough, and they can only give you two, when you need extra.

Dont provide them your Booking.com PIN code, and you might just have a good holiday.

Although the hotel is located on a steep hill, it is fairly close to some main attractions and hot spots in Istanbul. The breakfast was very nice (but please note this it Turkish-style breakfast) and the hotel provided free water bottles. Staff was also friendly and overall nice.

The things I didnt like during the stay were very minor and I wouldnt really classify them as negative points that would alter my rating of the hotel (e.g.: shower that would randomly switch off hot water for a couple seconds so suddenly youd have a jet of cold water hitting you, or smoke coming from the upstairs bar that would somehow penetrate the room and leave a bad cigarette smoke, or the elevator that broke down on our second day and wasnt fixed until the next day without any information given to us about it), but what it really disappointed me was that the hotel asked for my Booking.com PIN code and used it to give themselves a 10-star rating (in hindsight, maybe my own fault, as I should not have given them this code). This is very unacceptable to me, as I (like most of us) actively use other members reviews to help me decide in which hotel to stay, and this act makes me wonder how many of their 10 star ratings are real.
