Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, and we will definitely be back.
La Suite Dubai exceeded our expectations. We had a 3 bedroom deluxe penthouse which was enormous, and more than big enough for the 6 of us, with each bedroom having an ensuite, as well as an extra powder room. Even seated around the couch, there was ample room, with everyone spread out. The beds were the most comfortable beds the 6 of us have ever slept on. Absolutely no partner disturbance when moving, and every single guest commented on this after our first night. We ate at the restaurant and ordered room service a few times, and it was delicious, with great variety and choice. Christmas Day we ordered a cooked turkey, and it was amazing. Cooked perfectly, with vegetables, stuffing and cranberry sauce, and wrapped up fancily with a ribbon, delivered as requested and on time. Stand out for us were Padam and Tushari from Housekeeping. So very sweet, and every day they went to great lengths to ensure we had enough water, tissues, clean towels, washing powder, dishwashing tablets etc. Always smiling and very kind to us, they both made our stay even more memorable. We would like to thank them again for their beautiful hospitality and kindness. Also their concierge, who was often behind the reception desk was outstanding too, although sadly his name escapes me. The 25m lap pool was a bonus for the swimmers amongst us, and the views from our room on the 45th floor were breathtaking. Views of the sunrise were particularly spectacular, as were the sunset hues. It was very conveniently located to our favourite places such as the Madinat Jumeirah, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Marina, Emirates Golf Club and all the beach clubs etc. Also, just back from Shiek Zayed Rd, so easily accessed, however there was no noise from the road. We actually slept with our windows open! The Rooms Division Manager Mohamed was always around enquiring after our stay and if we needed anything also, which was a nice touch. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, and we will definitely be back.

Honestly it was perfect. A non stick pan would have been beneficial for cooking breakfast, but then again most guests would probably eat breakfast downstairs in the restaurant anyway.

Loved the spacious layout of our 2BR seaview room. Mattresses were comfortable. Amazing views! Breakfast had great variety and was delicious. In-room dining options were many and our compliments to the chef - the food was delicious!
Our thanks to the staff at the reception and breakfast cafe for being so warm, welcoming, cheerful and very helpful - we really appreciate it.
The furnishings in the room need to be updated and maintained. The balcony door from the living area did not open at all, access was only from the bedroom. Insect screen provided in the living area was faulty. Wardrobes in master bedroom were rickety and needed care to be closed properly. Water spills out from the bathroom showers and does not drain properly. Kitchen needs some lightweight pans. The kitchen restocking needs some care as we ran out of drinking water twice and there was no laundry powder. Some instructions on how to use the induction stove and other gadgets would help. Air conditioning controls in the apartments need instructions for use as they are all manual and do not retain the temperature setting
