Love the location, cleanliness and plenty of room in the condo. Victoria Vasquez was very helpful

This condo seemed smaller to the others I've stayed at in the past at this property. The tiles in the bathroom were loose on the floor and made a horrible crunching sound everytime I walked on them.

One and done!

The staff for the most part was very friendly- except for late check- in. We had a washer/ dryer in the kitchen. The bed linens that were clean- smelled very fresh.

On a late night arrival, we opened the couch bed to find a dirty blanket and mattress cover. The couch and chair were filthy, as well as the carpet and bathroom floor. The jets on the tub/ shower combination were black with mold. We took pictures! Our granddaughter had to sleep with no blanket the first night because the dirty one was the one taken from the bag of linens for the couch. They have no one on premise to help with these concerns as we had to do check in by phone and a lock box. We went to the office the next morning and they looked at the picture of the dirty bed - apologized and gave us another bag of bed linens. The rooms are very small and crowded- including the bathroom. The exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom. The furniture to include the couch bed, chair and master bed were very uncomfortable. We will not stay there again- definitely not worth the money.

No door on the Bathroom!!!!

The proximity Was very close to most things, There was a gentleman at the front desk by the name of Caesar, I believe that was very courteous and helpful. He should be commended even though I had problems. He was very courteous in trying to help.

The master bedroom was connected to a bathroom without a door. This was unacceptable. I have never been to a hotel. That does not have doors to the bathrooms. The hallway bathroom did have a door. I think that is Something that should be revealed before the booking and it is a deceptive practice. I have never been to a resort that could not afford to put doors on the bathrooms. I Feel like I was CHEATED and taken advantage of. I did take my complaint to the MANAGEMENT. she said there was nothing that she could do about it.

The location is great, and the facilities were very clean. The staff was very friendly.

The bed was absolutely the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. My husband and I took turns sleeping on the couch because the bed was so awful and hard. The kitchen had a good supply of dishes and cookware but no hot pads or hand towels.
