The staff were fantastic as was breakfast.

The room was very tired. Lifts not working and we were on the top floor. The paint was chipped on the walls. The table was broken. Dust covered lightshades. No extra blanket. Stair carpet ripped. I booked this for my partners 50th but was really let down with the room, and we could not get a meal on his birthday as the kitchen was not open. .

Superb

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, great location and will be recommending to friends.

Great room and shower ! Food was really good, we had dinner (salmon / fish and chips) as well as breakfast and enjoyed it all. Good gluten free options- well done on that too.

Great location, lovely helpful staff and first class breakfast!

Ideally situated right in the centre. Nice room, comfy bed and good shower . Lovely friendly staff when we went down for breakfast and excellent breakfast.

We liked everything about our stay here .

Disappointing

The location of the hotel was good.

Management of the hotel was poor. The room was not cleaned for 2 days during our stay of three days. I reported the issue with the flush of the toilet but nothing was done to resolve.
