    Nothing I like , this hotel just worst maintenance I hope the owner of this hotel will come and check inside the room . They will disepointed . Very poor maintenance,
    Everything is not good at all, the bathroom door can not close so I need put my sandal to hold it , the table lamp broken , cracked, the garden very dry , dirty around area garden we will not comeback again

    Property with nice location can be a memorable place with some improvements !
    Location. Helpfulness of front office staff.
    Maintenance of overall property is poor. It is not well kept. Appears there is shortage of staff working on look and feel of the property. Restaurant had a cavalier attitude towards orders.

    Great location however needs renovations and more staff
    Close to Rabbit Jump which is where we were going Rooms were really big and spacious, lots of places to lounge if you didnt feel like going out. Bathrooms are also huge. Hot water is also very good.
    The property is old and can do with some renovations. They need more staff, there were only two people working on check in and check out and were being borderline abused by impatient and rude guests. The rooms need a better clean - there were dead flies behind the bed head. The fridge/mini bar was empty and we werent able to get onto room service by whats AP at all to either get drinks or food. Probably due to the staffing issue. Tv wasnt tuned or working at all.

    Good value for money and nice and close to the beach without being too close to the main party area!
    Looked like the pictures, staff were lovely and super helpful.
    Some of the facilities were a bit run down inside the room and outside.

    Very pretty but to far from the main section of Gili T. Wouldnt stay here again.
    Had a nice pool and the staff were lovely.
    Both rooms with tvs didnt work, asked staff to fix and they couldnt understand what was being asked. The basic rooms had very hard beds and no outside seating area, they were also very bright. Air conditioners in all of our rooms didnt work very well. Optional room service would also be nice.

    It needs to be advertised that the resort is next to Jump Rabbit beach club w loud DJ all day long
    The staff were nice and they tried to help.
    FRii Resort is next door/behind the Jump Rabbit beach club which is pumping loud party music all day long. The music is SO loud there is no escape and it doesn't stop until 10-11pm at night. And starts 10am in the morning. It's absolute madness. The pictures showing the pool is NOT FRii but in fact the beach club which you have partial access to. It's outrageous that the fact about the DJ/loud music/party all day was not advertised anywhere. We had no idea and we arrived to thumping non-stop music. We couldn't relax & we couldn't enjoy being at the beach in front because there was always the doof doof going on. We had our 2 small kids so it was really, really terrible.
