Superb

Very good facilities. Good to spend holiday with your family,all inclusive. Beach and swimming pool were amazing. Food good but if you have dietary restrictions inform the reception. They have a special menu to select from.

Very pleasant Christmas holiday

Hotel is quite big and very clean. Food in restaurant is delicious. Evening shows super classy. It is situated on a lovely beach. We came here 2 years in a row and didn't disappoint. We feel like coming back which it never happens to us in general.

Great option for families with kids

- Great for families, kids program and playground nice - Nice rooms - Clean swimming pools, one heated, surrounded by buildings, so comfy when the beach is very windy - Great choice of food - Parking options

- We travelled with a little kid and got a room in the first floor without an elevator, not great with the stroller - Access cards got constantly deactivated till a clerk told us not to put it close to the phone - why we havent been told if obviously we were nit the only guests with this issue? - Sometimes hard to find a clean table on a lunch or dinner in Food Market - Noise from evening program in close rooms (building 3D)

Okay hotel with nice pools and bad bad food

Its a nice hotel with good value for money. We came here as a family to meet up with another befriended family from Madrid - 5 kids altogether - for this purpose the hotel was perfect. The pools are nice, the adult only areas nicely separated from the kids areas. A lot of things to like in this hotel, great lobby, nice staff, good service.

The last time we stayed in an all inclusive hotel was at the beginning of the 2000s, not much has changed since then though, and maybe even to the worse. The food, as probably in most all inclusive buffet style places, was mediocre at best. There are a lot of choices at the buffets but at the expense of poor quality of everything. Basically you only get the cheapest version of everything. The apples taste of chemicals, the calamares is the worst weve tried in whole Spain and the chocolate fountain is fake (in fact has nothing to do with chocolate. This list can be continued for many pages. However, if feasting like a pig is your thing and you dont care about food culture, you will be happy in this place. As a family we like to eat pure and simple foods, preferably local and fresh products. Sustainability and health are important to us. With that attitude you will feel at the wrong place in this hotel. We were happy to leave after 4 days. Moreover, the buildings where the rooms are located are quite outdated. Everything was narrow and maybe acceptable in the 80/90s, but not anymore in the 2020s.
