    Great service from staff Our first room had a funny smell and some dirty marks on bedsheets/pillows but they quickly found us another room that was fully clean. Food was generally good.
    Pools were very dirty, we didn't go in the water. The place has the potential to be really good and very nice but lacking the finishing touches. Breakfast wasn't great.

    The games and activities were perfect for my 7 year old daughter. The place is (in my opinion) great for kids between 4 - 8 years of age, they will find a lot to do, making it worth the time. If your kids are older or younger, they might not find the facilities and activities that interesting. Restaurant had a wide variety of dishes on the menu, and the Swahili food was delicious.
    For a resort designed for children, the bathroom should be more child friendly, particularly the shower area. Everything was too high for my child to access. The resort is listed as 4-star, but the furnishings in the room did not appear 4-star at all, and are in need of updates/modernization. We visited in August and the place was very very empty, it seemed only 2 or 3 other families were staying at the resort and it is a big place. I would recommend only coming on big holidays, as the facilities are more fun for kids when there are other kids there to play with.

    Best hotel for a family vacation
    The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff ( Aboubakar ) was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Arusha

    A small paradise in Arusha Tanzania
    MY wife and I like the tent (luxury Swiss cottage) i can call it a small paradise, it was magically with cool air,well arranged with enough space inside..the whole property was absolutely amazing.
