Future Inn Plymouth

After over a year of regular stays I must say I'm not staying at Future Inn anymore, enough was enough. The quality of stay has significantly decreased, over the time, it became a cheap hotel asking for a lot of money. The cheap management has started with little things, like there used to be two bottles of water, one sparkling, one still. Only still now. Used to be body moisturizer included. Not anymore. Used to be a good quality biscuits. Cheap digestives now. There is a gown and slippers provided, but they've started to leave a note for us not to take it, buy it instead. I found it offensive, why on earth I would take a hotel gown. They ask us to leave a shower curtain inside the bath, which would be ok, if over a year the shower curtain wouldn't get mouldy and not got replaced or properly cleaned. There used to be nice fluffy soft towels, now replaced by cheap thin towels, which would be ok-ish, but I found holes and an unwashed marks on them on few occasions, make-up or blood like stains, who knows. The maintenance of drainage doesn't seem appropriate as the water doesn't flow away and the bath fills up during the shower pretty quick. The whole room doesn't seem to get any update, carpet starts to fade away and get marks on, curtains seem like need a good clean. Generally, it seems like the management is changing this place into a cheap accommodation standards, but still asking for the same money. I used to get booking genius discounts and I was holding off this review, as I don't like complaining and I was hoping to see improvement, but now I think someone need to let the management know they are not doing a good job. Btw the electric sockets are uncomfortably low, I have to get onto my knees to be able to reach them, thinking elderly guests or people with reduced mobility would struggle. Plus, these days you can invest into new sockets with usb ports.
