    Everyone was super friendly and attentive. We loved the breakfast and the option to get it served to our room. The room itself was spacious and got cleaned daily. Big plus: free bike rental.

    The hotel has a very homey atmosphere because it's small and does not have many rooms. We booked 6 rooms for our stay, so it kind of felt like we were the only ones there. It's beautiful as well, very quaint and zen. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our rooms. It was so big and spacious. There's also a balcony and an outdoor shower. They have a bathtub indoors too.
    Location-wise was a bit out (but it also means it's peaceful when you are in the hotel). You definitely need some kind of transport to get to the hotel and to go anywhere from the hotel. One important thing to note is that there are no lifts/elevators here, so it may not be a good option if you are not able to climb stairs. Their highest level is 4. We did experience a black-out one of the nights for abt an hr (abt 3ish am) but it was sorted abt an hr later. You wouldn't even have realised this if you were sound asleep.

    Fabulous friendly staff who couldnt be more helpful. Gave us a free breakfast and helped us book local attractions with reputable guides.
    Nothing bar the fact it is located slightly further outside the old town. It was fine though once we used the hotel bikes.

    Very attentive manager. She was very accurate and hospitable. Nicely decorated rooms and lobby. Located a few bicylcle-minutes away from the crowded center and close to the beaches.

    Great hotel, quiet area
    Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and clean and the hotel is located just outside the center which is nice. Bikes are free and its only a 10 minute bike ride to Hoi An old town.

    Such a great stay here. The best location and our lovely hosts made sure we were well looked after. The bikes were fantastic to get around on . Amazing dinner and coffee recommendations and a delicious breakfast served every morning on the deck .

    Wonderful location out of the main hustle and bustle, but an easy taxi ride into town. Staff were amazing and the pool and small riverside deck were perfect in the evening. Food was good and trio recommendations also excellent.

    Paradise! Best hotel ever, would go back here in a heart beat!
    The apartment was incredible. Staff super helpful. We had not booked breakfast but they included it complimentary and it was the best breakfast on our whole 10 day trip. Good location half way between the town and beach.
    Nothing. It was perfect. We only had one night in Hoi An and this hotel and that is the only thing we were upset about.
