Picture perfect cottage

Absolutely lovely cottage! Spotless and so much room! Lovely location and a pub within 2 mins walk

Checkout is at 10am bit of a rush and stripping the beds per the checkout instructions not much time

Lovely cottage in a delightful village

Lovely old cottage, pretty garden in a delightful village. Well equipped kitchen, very clean property, beautiful bed linen, soft clean pillows. Peaceful stay, fantastic pub across the road. Overall we really enjoyed it here and would come again.

The two double beds were uncomfortable. Would have been nice if there had been a small bottle of milk in the fridge and some hand soap in the cloakroom. Hoover doesn't pick up well needs some maintenance. Can be challenging to get 2 large cars at the rear of the property but parking found close by.

Perfect Country/Seaside break in Beautiful Cottage in an idyllic location

The Cottage looks lovely and true to the photos. The inside is modern and clean, two bedrooms upstairs with gorgeous views a bright and clean family bathroom, large bath and separate shower, a downstairs bedroom with separate w/c, great living room with enough seating for six and a large kitchen with everything you could need. We cooked breakfast and dinner during our stay and had everything we needed for 6 adults, and even enjoyed a bbq in the pretty garden as we were lucky with the weather! We were able to park two large cars at the rear of the property which was a huge bonus. Location is idyllic,opposite the village green and duck pond in the very cute village of Westleton with welcoming locals. Two pubs in the village, one is almost opposite and a convenience store and post office. A 5 min drive to the local farm shop with great butcher, 5 min drive to Dunwich with lovely pub garden, food and beach, 20 mins to Southwold, and 25 mins to the Zoo. Perfect location!

The only thing that we didnt like were the beds, the king and super king were hard and and super creaky when you move. They definitely need mattress toppers to improve sleep. My adult sons were happy with the singles.

Very good

A good place for adults but not dogs

This is a perfect location, nice and quiet. Very spacious, very large living room and very comfortable. Kitchen was very clean and tidy, a lot of utensils to use. The garden was very nice, enough space for 6 people to sit outside on the patio.

The King size bed, this was extremely solid, could not sleep on it, needs to be replaced. It is a divan bed so it has no springs. The garden has poisonous plants for dogs.
