Exceptional

A great place above a pub in a charming little town on the water. Spacious and clean room.

We loved our stay here. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The room is above a restaurant/pub which we actually enjoyed. It wasn't loud and it was convenient being able to grab a beer or some food. It's a nice little town right on the water. They don't offer private parking, but you don't need it since there is always plenty of parking on the street in front.

We don't have any complaints.

It was convenient place to stay for our visit to see relatives and generally a fairly nice pub, but in our humble opinio

Location

We knew full well when we booked for two nights that there was no breakfast offered or included. However, that made it very disappointing for the price. It made it an expensive, very ordinary room. Unfortunately due to circumstances totally beyond our control, (our cat was suddenly taken very ill at the last minute) only one of us could stay. Because of this, my husband could only stay one of the two nights wed booked. Sadly, there was no offer of a full or even partial refund for the second night he couldnt stay. It would have been a nice gesture had they offered to move our second night to a later date or even given us a partial refund. It would have gone a long way for us wanting to stay there again another time.
