Disappointing

The location

The family room is very claustrophobic. Shower is small. Also, the breakfast did not cater for people who did not eat beef and pork.

The location. Close to the mall

The room was small and the bathroom too considering we were 3 people. A family room would have been ideal, but there was no option to book a family room online

It was disappointing. Sandton is rated at a very high level of treatment. Morningside is far better

Supervisor Micheal was exceptional during breakfast and his staff as well except for one lady doing eggs seem to be very rude

Some of the staff have no manners at the reception and kitchen. The issue of a broken phone was not attended to. I ended up calling using my phone at the reception requesting for iron and ironing board
