fantastic location, big rooms, wonderful lady at the reception, very helpful and kind

no swimming pool, reception opens after 12 noon only, so if you reach before 12 noon, u cant chkin, u will have to wait

The location is convenient and its pretty good value

The bars nearby are quite loud and so if you need to sleep early you may want to consider an alternative.

The location is good if you like Soi Buakhao area.

I likely would have given this place a better review score if their booking ad wasnt so misleading. The room was large which is nice but being I was on the top floor it was actually quite problematic. The air conditioning didnt work all that well and it would take half a day to cool the room down. the staff refused to give me an additional key and so any time I left the room for more than an hour, I would come back to a room at a blistering 40 and the room just never did cool to a reasonable temperature. the stairs to get to the room were a little much. the internet was absurdly slow. so slow that you can make the reasonable assumption that the only reason they have it is to check the box that says they actually technically have internet. I mean were talking 0.2 Mbps slow. the Wi-Fi passcode for some reason is longer than your arm so have fun entering that into several wireless devices lol. Overall its really a 7/10 or a 8/10 score but, the management or owner of this establishment has gone to considerable efforts to obscure exactly what it is youll be waking into. While all the photos are real photos of the property, they leave out important details and are taken from the most charitable angles and conditions. They have obviously done this intentionally and it only leads to disappointment and confusion.
