Nice village great old Inn, good food, good beer.

Good traditional Inn good beer and great food.

Breakfast wasn't served till quite late, which is not good for business travellers. so i had to leave without breakfast.

Enjoyable weekend with friends but accommodation was not value for money

Fab breakfast and welcoming staff. Evening meal was enjoyable for the majority of the group but the duck special was very disappointing.

Room 11 has a tiny shower room and a very ineffective shower. Also the bed is lumpy and uncomfortable.

My first time staying in this hotel, but a wonderful experience with a friendly, quality service

The location of the Hotel was great and the friendliness of the Bar Staff and quality of the service well exceeded my expectation. I did n't intend to have dinner, but the smell of the food wafting from the kitchen was overwhelming and I ended up having a Sweet chilli and prawns starter, followed by a delicious Rump Steak. At breakfast, I was given the best seat (single). The Full English was my choice, with grapefruit segment and apple juice as a starter, with unlimited cups of coffee. Definitely all value for money.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay in a quaint village that is handy for Shropshire attractions.

Super breakfast and very friendly & helpful service especially from breakfast staff. Evening meals were also nice.

Lovely old coaching inn in a very picturesque little town

We had one of the duplex rooms in what would have been the stables. It was really spacious and good value.

Some fresh milk would have been good as the room had a fridge, but UHT was provided for the tea/coffee. Not a big deal, we bought some from the petrol station over the road.
