Staff were wonderful. Had a continental breakfast delivered each morning that we had chosen from a list the previous evening. Very pleased.

Superb

Felt warm welcome and stayed comfortably when arrived in Rome for the first time

The staff is friendly, especially the lady serving breakfast and the lady checked us in. The hotel provides amenities, candies, water and snacks that made the stay very comfortable. The room is very clean. The location is in a quiet small street with 5-7minutes walk to the train station (Termini) so it is super convenient to take the train or metro. The family restaurant downstairs was super good with good value. As guests we got 10% discount.

Woul definitely stay there again

High quality, plumbing finishings tile work in the bathroom. Nice amenities. Staff was very helpful and very close to the train station and public transportation.
