Location is close to larkin sentral

No toothbrush, no soap, no slipper, no tower. Sheet comes in black colour so you can't tell it is clean or not. I didn't notice that i ordered a no air con room and ask for upgrading to a room with aircon by paying the price difference. But the hotel clerk said their system doesn't have this functionality and the only option is to check out the old one and buy a new one. Why the heck do i need to pay for sth. I never stay? In the end i have to check out after staying in the room for 15 minutes and change to another hotel. It is already 2024 and their hotel system doesn't even support upgrading room by paying price difference, can you believe it? It was really a nightmare!

Do no go there,. Worse place ever -5 stars

Nothing, the staff was rude, the smell was awful , it stink so much. I immediately got out of the place, I didnt even bother to get a refund, I just wanted to get out

Do not take go here, The rooms were so dirty I almost vomited, the rooms smells disgusting, they never changed the sheets, the floor tiles were broken, the shared toilet is stinker than a public toilet in a petrol station, I have never seen such a worse place in my life,

Not a single thing that I like.

Vey bad room not worth to be called a hotel. Cleanliness very bad. Room very bad, no aircond, no window, no aeration, toilet outside. Never ever tried to stay here. Bed is very bad, feels like sleeping on cardboard

the place is horrible , staff is so cocky and rude . the bed is full of pijat which is insects . i had to sleep on the floor . the staff is very very rude . she shouted at me and being so cocky . i would never stay at this place again . never again . mark my words
