DO NOT BOOK HERE - high price low quality combo

At least its a bit further from the noisy main street.

NEVER THINK of BOOKING IT!! AWFUL as simple as that. And for a very high price compared to properties here. Let me give you a long list which was not working : - SHOWER it was dropping only !! You cannot wash yourself ! When we complained they set the shower as hot as 80 celcius degrees so then it was flowing but we could not use it for being extremely hot. Then complained again, nothing happened. - AIRCONDITION during the night if you set the airco at 16 celcius you may be able to sleep as it will be only 25 degree in the room. I was not lucky as was sick one day so I spent the day in 30 degrees. Capacity of airco was not sufficient for the room. - WIFI did not work I had to use roaming -TOILET was disgusting and full of mold - tOWELS STINKING OF MOLD - SIZE of the room is not 45sqm !! 25 only. - soap dispensers broken ! - pool is disgustingly dirty - telephone in the room did not work Staff was nice but could not help as obviously everything is like shtiie wrong here ;) Same extremely low quality you can book for 25 usd per night dont come here .

Had a brilliant time.

Brilliant location - you can walk to the beach and swim with turtles. Really nice and friendly staff always willing to help their customers with anything they need. Great bar and restaurant with beautiful view of the sunsets.

Very good

Very nice spacious villa with direct access to the pool. It was nice to have a fridge. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location with regards to snorkelling, restaurants and the "main street". We saw turtles twice when snorkelling which was a highlight of our trip.

The air conditioning was struggling to keep the villa cool during the day. Luckily there was also a ceiling fan. It was ok in the night when using both. What I disliked was the blasting loud club music that was played pretty much the whole day at the bar/restaurant. It didn't go with the rest of the vibe of the resort which was more chill. We could hear the bass even in our villa which was pretty much as far away as you could get.

Superb

The resort was lovely from start to finish, we found the staff made the resort by listening to them play the guitar. The room was lovely with no issues at all! The pool was slightly filled with flowers so possibly could bother people but didnt affect us. Managed to get early check in and would 100% recommend to anyone. Will stay again on every visit to Gili Air!
