    Lovely place. Great location, less than 5 minutes drive to centre of Franschhoek village.
    Location was perfect. Great welcome on arrival. Hot tub was great. Everything perfectly clean and neat.
    Could do with a new mattress. More firewood than the 2 small crates could be supplied.

    A relaxing few days in a great gite. We are converted to hot tubs!
    It did not include breakfast but we knew that. There was an introductory supply of ground and instant coffee, and tea, which was very nice. Also I think biscuits. The toiletries were also good. We loved the wood fired hot tub, and the bbq and sitting out area.
    Can't think of much really.

    Clean and comfortable with lovely staff/ owners; great view of the mountains; good air conditioning/ heating and quiet bedroom fan; generally well equipped; felt secure
    Security light + blind in bedroom caused some unwanted light at night; lack of blinds in living area great for enjoying view but feels a bit less private; small suggestions for improvement (eg. install a makeup mirror and provide shampoo in bathroom, add a milk frothing jug and tamper to complement the coffee machine)

    A perfect stay in Franschhoek
    We loved the extra privacy of our own cabin. It was close enough to town should you wish to walk, but a very easy drive that we chose to do. Quiet and peaceful with gorgeous views from every window.

    We had a lovely stay and only wish we could have stayed longer.
    Such a beautiful and cozy property. We wish we had more than one night.
    Was sad it was a bit too cold to get in the pool but thats no fault of the property.

    Perfect, relaxing stay in a beautiful mini home amongst the vines and close to the wine tram!
    Wonderful stay amongst the vines to the front and a pretty little garden/stream to the back. The gite is very nicely furnished and modern, exactly like the photos. We appreciated all of the thoughtful touches, and Antoinette the host was super friendly and attentive. The location was perfect - not far from the center of town and even more important - just a 5 min. walk to the terminal for the famous Franschoek wine tram. We also enjoyed a soak in the hot tub after dinner a couple of nights.
    Getting the hot tub hot (it's wood fire powered) is more of an art than a science, but we loved the fun of it nonetheless!

    Cozy, well located place with view on vines and mountains
    Relaxing place with great views of the vines and mountains surrounding the area. Very silent and private. Nicely furnished, comfy bed; coffee, tea and biscuits were a nice addition. The check-in was very easy and we really appreciated the welcome flowers and chocolates :) unfortunately couldnt try the hot tub because it took 2-3h to warm up the water and we didnt have the time, but its a special additional option to have.
    At night it felt a little isolated but thats just a personal feeling. In the bathroom we were provided with soap, lotion and hand sanitizer but no shampoo - would be useful to have that, especially for people who travel light and are staying just for a couple of days. For the rest, all was perfect!

    Great stay in a beautiful area
    Wow! The place is very pastoral- surrounded by veinyards and green fields. Walking distance from the wineries tram station. The hut was very clean and well designed and had everything we needed. 10/10!
    Although the access to the house is via a dirt road, We had no problem to get there with a private car.
